Welcome to my corner of love and celebration! My name is Sandy Arce Fernandez, and I’m delighted to share a little glimpse into my world with you. Born and raised in the vibrant outskirts of New Orleans, I’ve grown to adore the tapestry of emotions that love and matrimony weave, much like the rich culture of this remarkable city.
My journey led me to become an ordained and licensed wedding officiant in Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, and St. Tammany Parishes. As I continue to spread the joy of love, I’m also in the process of extending my licensure to select parts of Mississippi. Through the heartwarming connections I make and the ceremonies I lead, I’ve found my true calling.

It’s best to book your officiant as early as possible, ideally at least 6-12 months before your wedding date. Popular wedding dates may book up quickly.
We can guide you through the process of obtaining your marriage license in Louisiana, and we will ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
